WP1: Standardization and protocol establishment
The main objective of this work package will be design of microbial consortia.
WP2: Greenhouse biossays under different (a)biotic stresses
In this WP, a synthetic microbial community (SynCom) will be tested in different plant species exposed to a set of abiotic and biotic stress. These experiments will be performed in 4 different countries.
WP3: Data integration
In this WP, Workshops (WS) will be organized on different topics ranging from ecology to phenotypic and microbiome data analysis.
WP4: Towards translation: sustainable practices in agriculture
In these experimental trials the overall goal is to evaluate how different factors affect plant resilience and persistence in soil, which can help researchers develop strategies to enhance plant growth and improve crop yields in the future.
